Weight Loss Wednesday

Weight: 135 and holding.

You know hormones can wreck havoc on weight loss and last week was not pretty due to all things associated with monthly cycles. But, I am at 5.5-5.7 running on the treadmill comfortably. My friends are noticing that clothes are getting loose, so I'll take the unchanged weight for this week.

Maybe I'm losing fat and making muscle.
