Weight Loss Wednesday

2 weeks have gone by since I've weighed, and I've gained the 2 pounds back. Problem is, it is that time of the month for me and I know I retain water. I'm continuing the habit of fruits/veggies, walking or running 6X per week and I can tell that my belleh is flatter and my legs are firmer. I'm getting my runner legs back! Yay!

So, I'm continuing the same with the understanding that I may not lose 15 pounds, but I'll definitely be a size smaller.
